• Purchases can be returned only for exchange or store credit within 14 days.

• Custom orders are not eligible for exchange/ store credit.

• Return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer. Kindly use a reliable courier with a parcel tracking number. We would not replace packages lost or damaged during return shipment

• Original shipping costs will not be refunded

• Items must be in new, unused and original condition in its original packaging  

• Kindly get in touch with us before sending back a product to let us know what is being returned and why at hello@resinbloom.com.

• Customer will be billed for shipping of exchanged item once it is processed

• We inspect all items carefully before dispatch.

• However if you received an item that was damaged during shipment, kindly send us photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to hello@resinbloom.com

Resinbloom reserves the right to reject any returns/ exchanges if it doesnt meet the above requirements.
